Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.
Since our products are consumable and sensitive to storage and hygiene conditions, we’re unable to take back items once they’ve left our warehouse.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, we can no longer cancel or retrieve the order.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Depending on your bank, it may take up to 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
